Early-access terms

Pilot access

Submitting an interest request does not create an account or reserve capacity. Access is provisioned after a compatibility review and is subject to the stated pilot limits. No purchase, card details, automatic renewal or paid subscription is created by this website or the pilot download.

Authorized stores only

Connect only stores you own or are authorized to administer. Keep your account and pairing secrets private. Do not use the browser worker to access private infrastructure, third-party accounts or pages you are not authorized to test.

Coverage and responsibility

Monitoring observes a selected guest path and available store signals. It may miss faults, encounter firewalls, be delayed, or report a false positive. It does not place orders, verify real payments, repair your store or guarantee uptime or revenue. Review the evidence and maintain your own store operations, backups and incident response.

Service changes

Early-access features, supported configurations and capacity may change as testing continues. We may pause unsafe or unsupported checks. You can pause monitoring at any time and ask us to remove your account. The current pilot has no uptime or response-time SLA.

Software and data

The WordPress connector is supplied under GPL version 2 or later. Hosted monitoring access is a separate service; downloading the plugin alone does not grant an account. Data handling is described in the product privacy notice.

Future paid plans

The $29/month figure on the site is a planned starting price. Final allowances, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund and license terms will be displayed before purchasing opens. Checkout remains disabled pending Freemius setup and release verification. Nothing here reduces rights you may have under applicable law.
