Launch-interest requests

If you use the early-access form, we store your email, optional name and store URL, the time of your request, your consent version and whether the request has been contacted. We use these details to respond about RevenueGuard access and launch updates. They are not added to unrelated mailing lists. Request details are encrypted in the database; a hashed email is used to avoid duplicate requests. Requests are deleted after 180 days or earlier on request.

Connected-store health reports

When you enable the plugin, it sends the configured service your store URL, plugin/WooCommerce version, aggregate order counts, gateway enablement and available test-mode flags, checkout configuration, scheduled-task delays, sanitized error source/level counts and recent software/gateway changes. It does not intentionally send full orders, customer records, payment credentials or raw WooCommerce log messages.

Browser evidence

The service opens a synthetic guest session to check your configured product and checkout. Failed runs can record the failed step, sanitized error text, request methods/paths and masked screenshots. Input and address areas are masked. Site content visible outside those areas may remain in the image; do not use a private/customer-specific page as your test product.

Storage and retention

The hosted pilot runs on SamSiyu’s existing Hostinger infrastructure. Access to the dashboard and evidence requires authentication. Pairing secrets and launch-request details are encrypted. Browser run history and screenshots, delivered notifications, and resolved incidents are normally retained for 14 days. Open incidents remain until resolved. Store settings and the latest health report remain while the store is connected.

Database backups have a 14-day retention policy on the server; a protected off-server copy may also be retained for recovery. Deleted data can remain in a backup until that copy is retired. Contact us about a specific deletion request.

Cookies and third parties

This product website does not load advertising pixels, external fonts or third-party analytics. Optional first-party analytics run only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We count page views, access/download clicks, form starts and successfully saved requests by date, public page and a fixed campaign source such as SamSiyu’s homepage. We do not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, full referrers, arbitrary query strings or form details in these counters. Aggregate counts are retained for 90 days. The report covers consenting traffic and is not a count of unique people. Your analytics preference is saved in local storage; a fixed source label is kept in session storage only when analytics is allowed. Change your choice with “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these optional events. Signing into the dashboard sets a secure session cookie lasting up to 12 hours. The public interest form does not require a login cookie. Basic request information is processed for security and rate limiting.

Hostinger supplies hosting and email delivery. Alert messages are sent to the account owner through the configured mailbox. Freemius checkout is not connected yet; no payment information is collected here. This notice will be updated before that integration is activated.

Your choices

Do not submit the interest form if you do not want launch contact. You can ask us to correct or delete a request, stop launch emails, export or delete hosted store/account information, or investigate a privacy concern. Verify your ownership when requesting account data. Pause monitoring in the dashboard and disable/deactivate the plugin to stop new checks and health reports.
