14-day refund policy

Effective 1 October 2026. This policy applies to RevenueGuard by SamSiyu purchases processed by Freemius. Our refund window is 14 days from purchase.

When you can request a refund

If a problem makes RevenueGuard unusable within the 14-day period and we cannot resolve it, contact us to request a full refund. This follows the conditional policy displayed at checkout. It is not an unconditional, no-questions-asked guarantee. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

How to request one

1. Open RevenueGuard support and create a ticket with “Refund request” in the subject. Guest tickets are available if you cannot sign in.
2. Use your purchase email. Include the receipt or order reference, purchase date and a clear description of the problem.
3. We will check the purchase and work with you on the issue. Reply in the ticket so all information stays together.

Do not send a full card number, password, license key or connection secret. If you cannot use the form, email milos@samsiyu.com.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through Freemius, the Merchant of Record, to the original payment method where supported. The time until the credit appears depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will confirm the outcome in your support conversation. A refunded license can no longer provide paid monitoring or updates.

Cancellation and renewal

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically refund an earlier payment. To cancel, open Account & billing → Manage billing & license. Contact support promptly about an unexpected renewal; include the relevant receipt so we can review the charge under the applicable purchase terms.

Before purchasing

Review the coverage and compatibility information. RevenueGuard checks a configured checkout path before order submission; it does not guarantee uptime, prevent every outage or verify a real payment. The service terms and the terms shown by Freemius at checkout also apply. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
