• The failed step, approximate time and incident ID from the dashboard.
• The product type, checkout type and payment gateway involved.
• Recent changes and what you expected to happen.

Do not send passwords, connection secrets, card details, customer records or unredacted logs. Share only the minimum evidence needed.
